I called to secure a booking / reservation and was told that there was a waiting list (understandably as this is such a wildly popular venue). I was a bit concerned that nothing would happen from here, based on past experiences in this regard & in this industry in South Africa...

Amazingly I was pleasantly surprised with an affirmative on the reservation & a courteous response from Tony. Such a pleasure to deal with =)
