Blacklisted me as a mistake

My bond application was decline due to me be blacklisted by Discovery Health. First told me that it was claims that was not covered in April 2012. After speaking to the 3rd person, Randle Bosman, he found out that it was a mistake and should not have happened. Can anyone advise me on the proper legal steps to take? Since when are companies so powerful that they can just do as they please as it cost me R75000. Disgusting!
