Damaged Pants

I took my Peach pants to a laundramat and when i went to fetch them they had dark stains on them, when i took them back the lady at the laundry took the pants and said they will wash them again. I went a day later the pants still had stains and she gave me the same response to come the following day. I went there the 3rd day and i found a different lady who told me that there is nothing they can do with an attitude and i asked her for the manager, her response was the manager will only come next week wednesday at 17h00. So i left my pants at the laundry and told her i will see her then. Even today the matter still has not been resolved.
