Refund or Exchange

I walked into Markham Kolonnade wanting to see someone about my pants I bought. I whore the pants once at home to see if it fits. The store Manager refused to exchange it or refund it. She said that I had altered the pants making me a!!! I have not altered the pants! I am not happy at all this service and the attitude she gave me!!!
