I purchased a pants from YDE and after one wash in cold water this pants shrunk.
To my surprise I went to YDE in Cresta and explained the situation, I was then advised to bring in the pants so it can be looked at.
Once they had a look it it was then credited against my account.
I found this quite refreshing as a customer and was extremely pleased with the GREAT service.
