Maternity Leave - Cancellation of Gym Membership

I had a C - section (my second in 2 years) and had developed back problems. I took my 6 months maternity leave for which I was unable to attend gym due to severe pains. (My baby was born 20th March 2013). During that period I had called discovery and informed agents that I am still unfit and they assured me that if I get my doctors letter they will look at re-instating my membership. I had provided 2 notes from my GP and Gynae who both checked me at various points in time and still discovery refused to reactivate my membership. I am victimised on the basis of having a baby and this is totally disgusting. Further to this I have received no communication and have to make follow up calls. At the end of the day i want my gym membership re-instated and I should not be victimised. If this is the case then all discovery members (women) should not fall pregnant.
