Great Call Centre Efficiency

When one receives great service consistently they need to give credit. I have been trying to get into the Vitality Lifestyle for two months now, and when ever I call their affiliated suppliers' call center like Virgin active, Discovery, Clicks and Pick 'n Pay I have been met with pleasant sounding individuals on the other end who answer the calls by the 3rd ring, know what they are talking about and always ask if I am satisfied with the resolution at the end of the call.
