I'm only with you because I'm forced to be

1. What's with "medical savings? " If I wanted that I'd go to a bank. I want to submit a claim and have it paid. Period. No tricks.
2. What's with the "self payment gap"? It is pathetic. If your actuaries are not giving you accurate risk profiles of your clients, then you need to fire your actuaries, not make your clients pay for themselves, which is tantamount to DENYING THEM COVER.
3. What's with all the spinoff products and sub-products and tiered products? Simplify. We want to pay one amount per member based on your age and health risk profile. I don't want to be badgered by card offerings and gym contracts. Self-payment gap is like an insurance excess with no opt-out clause. How about no gap?
4. THE ONLY reason we're with discovery is because my wife's employer forced her to take it. I am sure you'd lose most of your customers if you didn't give group benefits.

Don't bother getting your call centre to call me. None of your answers amount to "sorry for that, you are right, we will pay". Your responses are always, "If you consult fine print point 15.135.35.a.i.iii, you will realise the error of your ways."
