Medical Aid terminated

I joined Fedhealth three months ago and I didnt specify that my husband had a pain in his knee. When I checked my bank account I saw my debit order didnt go off, I was refered to Felicity who told my my medical aid was terminated because of non disclosure. If I didnt query I would have been clue less that i didnt have a medical aid any more, I have a 17 month old baby and cannot afford to not have a medical aid. I was treated like a criminal, worst service ever.
