This will be the second complaint on Hello Peter I have about Transmed. I have been trying to join the Medical Aid since August without any luck. In my first complaint i mentioned that they had lost my documents and they responded immediately saying i needed to get it signed by my HR, which took over a week as everyone is always on leave. eventually i got it back and was advised to send it to enquiries again, i thought i would be hopeful. two weeks later and my documents are no where to be found. what must I do to join this medical aid??? Can someone please advise???
