Transmed
No Help from cronic department

My Grandfather 82 was diagnosed with a clothing disease, it was severe and because he had internal bleeding he was placed on Clexane 40mg injections, Transmed however gives him no support to put this medicine on cronic meds, he is gonna have to use this for the rest of his life and Transmed is full of excuses each time we have to apply for this. He has been a member of this medical aid for over 30 years and it is totally unexceptable how they treat the elder persons. Ive sent through numerous motivation letters and progress letters, but every time Im being told to wait 3 - 5 days, This injections is needed to prevent clotting of the blood and he CAN NOT be without this medicine for even a Day... he is out of medication and Transmed cant be bothered at all...
