Discovery Card
13 mths and still waiting for new Membership Card

My daughter is now 13 months old and I still dont have a new Membership Card reflecting her as a Dependant.
I am disgusted with the service of Discovery. If my daughter has to land up in Hospital, they would not approve her stay, as well as the humiliation at Doctors appointments that ask me for the new Card showing she is on my Medical Aid!!! I have had to pay cash on numerous occasions due to not having a new Card!!!
So disgusted!!! Maybe I should take everyone`s advise and move to a new Medical Aid...
