Ive been receving sms demands to pay a huge amount for a Doctor G.E. Neuhoff. I have no idea who he is, cant find him. I can not get to speak to anyone, numbers dont exist for this Dois debt collectors. How do I resolve this. R4019.95 ref DDC346/13 DR G.E.NEUHOFF.
