Unhappy with the way we were treated

To little people in SA complains, I hope it changes, as this will make a difference. Myself feeling very ill, went to seek to service of a DR at Medicross, Lorraine PE. My wife and baby daughter came with. Dr JP Hurn did his thing, he diagnosed me, wrote out a script, all was done, and bob's your uncle. Just as we got up to leave, I merely ask Dr Hurn, to please give me a script for my daughter, as she had a little cough, she had no fever, full off smiles, and very energetic. Dr Hurn then listened to her stomach, looked in her mouth, two minutes went by, and again it was time to go, he did give me the script as well. (I am self employed, 4 kids, and no medical aid) We went to the counter to go pay, and surprisingly got charged for two consultations, yes he did spend a minute or two on my baby (6 months old), but please Dr Hurn, don't you think the ethical way of doing things, is to explain what is going to happen, you are a professional man, a Doctor for crying in a bucket, you should tell people what you are going to do, financially, and fiscally, even I know these factors in life. I don't expect feedback from him, Dr Hurn, I just won't return to Medicross Lorraine, ever again.
