Legal threat calls when I never used their service

I have been getting messages regarding a lawsuit which claims tht there is a due of 190 zars to Lancet. They provided a reference number v1945265. I registered a complaint at their website and told them that I did not use any of their services and the fact that I was not in the country at all for the past four months (I still am outside). I got a response from Christelle Naidoo that the reference number belongs to Norman Mkhatshwa and she asked me what was my relation to Norman. I promptly replied I did not have any clue about this person.
This happened last week. I did not get any response
The past two days I have been getting more vigorous threats regarding this payment default. I have sent a mail and i have not received any response. Why should I get all these messages even after confirming their mistake. The whole issue is becoming my problem just because some customer entered my number for his use.
