Double Debit --- Nobody is Willing to Help!!!

I have decided to leave discovery, as such i have compelted documents for a withdrawel amount to be deducted on the 22/10/2013, YOU HAVE DOUBLE DEBITED ME... I have been on the phone from 07;30 this mornign to sort this out and its now 08:15 and believe it or not nobady has said anything to help besides transfering me...
I will reverse this debit from my side if there is any cost to me i will submit that cost to you...
