DE VETTE MOSSEL HARTIES STINKS!

This is the furthest from real West Coast food I have ever come across! The food was SO SO bad we did not even stay till the end! The mussels meat was floating in oil and cold. The mussels in half shell had absolutely no flavour! Some of the ingredients in the seafood pot were still half raw and chewy. The snoek was cold, tasteless and "snotterig". You had to go diving for ingreedients in the lettuce in the salad. The half cooked frozen mixed vegetables in half a cheese sauce was disgusting. How the are you meant to eat a bees potjie with a mussel shell? It needed salt and there were bones in it the size of cell phones! Seriously, you couldn't even provide a plastic knife and fork? We were so off we didn't even sstay for the rest of the expectedly poor menu! A waste of money and a long drive! No wonder they ask for EFTs upfront only: so you can't get your money back!
