Poor food not fresh

Me and my wife had dinner on 10/01/2014 when our starter (garlic loaf) came to the table it was cold inside .then our main got to the table the mussels in the main was cold as well the waitres then heated it for us only to discover it was not cooked properly and cleaned properly as the mussels still had the beards inside of then the colour of the mussels was a pale colour not orange.the prawns also had a grainy texture because I know that if it has that texture it was not made fresh the only thing on our plate that was made fresh was the peace of fish and calamari. My wife has now been in the toilet whole night and I think it is the result of your poor food.
