R2000 debt for something that is "unlimeted"

I opened my first medical aid this year seeing as I'm 21 years old and I decided with medihelp. I am bipolar type 2 and I don't earn a lot of money. I pay most of my salary to this medical aid that is R1550 monthly but things that stated in the contract is false for example unlimited pathology now I sit with a account of R1905 for blood tests, or unlimited doctor's visist now I owe them money too. The worst of all is they refused to put my chronic medication on the list and now I have to pay cash for that which works me out R300 -R500 a month. I received an Email from my broker saying that my new tarrifs will be R1990 from 2014 and I must get all my medication from a state facility. What the heck am I paying R1550 for if they cover nothing? I got an extra covering insurance from my broker and even they are not doing what they are suppose to be doing!! Medihelp is the worst medical aid I have experienced ever and I have heard a lot of bad things about medical aids!! What can I do?
