I had a terrible experience at Pathcare's Vincent Pallotti branch where staff claimed I had not made an appointment nor had they received the request form my GP faxed to them. This is not true, I had made an appointment and the form had been faxed. I was treated attrociously. I found the manager unsympathetic and slow in respondi. They did not care that I was a patient and not feeling well and by implication accused me of being a. I was insulted and humiliated and eventually patronised. My suggestions were ignored and I did not hear any apology (they obviously believe I). They even told my GP's rooms I was there without an appointment (after first telling me they could not get through on the phone to the GP - whereas I managed to get through almost immediately right in front of them). It was one of the most distressing days. They just have no idea. I can't believe they could do this. Why? Why would they think one would about this? I spent the day crying and in distress and they think I'm a nasty old woman. I just dont understand this. I always used to tell people how skilled and professional the staff at Pathcare is and what a delight they were.
