Frustration at not getting answers

I did a blood test which yielded suspicious results. My doctor advised me to redo the tests which was inline with what my doctor suspected. I have been billed for both tests. I have been querying for a month the validity of the 1st test and why I should pay for it (settled 2nd test immediately). I simply want someone technical to please explain to me a comment made on the 2nd report about the 1st. If my interpretation is incorrect, I accept that and will pay. Instead for the past month I've been receiving the same reply that my doctor advised me to do the 2nd test and thus I should pay irrespective of the validity of the 1st test. With all due respective, my doctor's receptionist cannot answer for Pathcare's work. Surely i have the right to question the quality of something i'm expected to pay for. I do not have the time to keep explaining myself in 40 ways to receive the same answer without actually answering my query of 1 month ago. I have to keep prompting Pathcare for a response every time. They never get back to me on their own. Is it Pathcare's intention to avoid questions about their quality? Can someone technical please contact me.
