Unfair treatment and unprofessional security

There was an incident at the Emerald Resort & Casino involving unfair and bad treatment towards my underaged son, by the security.
I spoke to Deon Basson who promised to give me feedback and I have also send a mail to Mr Rice, who referred the matter back to Deon Basson.
Until today, no-one has contacted me or responded. It has been a month since I reported the matter.

I see the matter in a very serious light and demand response and for the matter to be resolved.
