Myself and any person i know will never again go to this gross hotel and i think they should actually close down this horrible place, bacause they spoil the whole experience.
They did not have parking and the person attending to the parking sent us from one spot to the other tapping on our car window the whole time telling us where NOT to park... very rude. When we finally got the key of the room at 3pm, when check-in is at 14:00, the room weren't even close to finished. We went down again got another room after watching staff strolling as if this happens alot, got to new room the key doesnt even lock the room, room itselflooks like it comes out of the 1980's with burn marks on carpet and durty windows. I was in tears because this was not at all what was deplicted on website and i wanted to spoil my boyfriend for his birthday. Traumatised we went back to reception and asked for my money back, they did not even try to please us, so this shows me that they do this on a regular basis. I want to make sure that everyone knows how bad this hotel is and warn people to not book here bacause they will make sure it is the worst experience in your life.
