The De La Port & Hatting Physiotherapy provided me with services last year when me daughter was hospitalized and those date they have not paid my client. their reason is that the dependent was not registered then (10 May 2012. To my knowledge supported with evidence she I=was registered and she is still. please help me to find solution.
