Not replying to emails

I have probably sent 4 emails regarding the following, an outstanding debt, and cancellation "supposedly" of my medical aid. Now i have tried to sort this problem out in the last month and and yet not one person has replied to my emails. So at the end of the day if you do not reply to my emails how does medihelp expect me to rectify the problem?
