Explanantion

I would like someone to explain to me as to why my membership was deactivated. I have been trying to get explanation and I have been sent from pillar to post. At first it was I wanted to deactive my daughter as she has her own medical aid with no luck now when my other daughter turn 21 and is still at school I called in so a can send them a letter now i'm being told there is no use as my membership was deactivated or suspended and no one seems to give me explanation instead im being transferred from one department to the other with no luck. Please someone help by giving me an explanation and way forward to this.
