Call Centre Service Disgrace

So, I call the Authorizations Centre twice today, the First person assisted as far as she could and went the extra mile for me thank you.

My Mom needs to be admitted to Hospital today. There is a waiting period for vascular problems, my mom needs to admitted for pneumonia.

I called the Centre the second time spoke to a Staff who now refused to even listen to me, I requested to speak to a Manager and get transferred to a Service Specialist instead.

I was frustrated and was vulgar, never swore the Specialist, but swore on the phone, she killed the call in my ear, I work in call Centre's, never have I heard of my staff killing a call if a client swears in frustration only if they are directly sworn at, that I understand.

All I need to know is if the correct Auth code was used. and if not can it be corrected
I pay for the Med aid however, my mum is the beneficiary.
