Unable to cancel Vitality benefit

Two months' worth of being given the runaround through Discovery, I am still unable to cancel my Vitality benefit as requested on 3 December already. Telephonic contact advises that it needs to completed through the normal company HR channels, HR advises that they are unable and that the Discovery telephonic channels need to be approached.
Discovery is simply passing the buck and refuses to cancel the Vitality policy as requested. Just another example of the POOR customer service provided by Discovery on several fields!!!
