Woolworths Healthy Foods Reward

When I joined Discovery Health & Vitality a few years ago, I questioned why Woolworths was not a healthy food partner. Pick 'n Pay was at the time and I find myself buying less & less produce from them as their quality is terrible and lasts maybe 2 days. To my joy in a newsletter end of 2012 I received from Discovery that Woolworths was now being added as a Healthy Food benefit. I was so happy, I predominately buy all my groceries from Woolworths for a few years now only to find out that my Hospital plan (Coastal Core) is excluded from this benefit. Are you freaking kidding me? After calling the call centre I was informed that a survey found that people on the same series Health plan as myself don't shop at Woolworths. Huh? Please explain to me why I wasn't in the survey and why I cannot redeem this benefit with all the money I spend on healthy food ONLY at Woolworths only to be told I have to pay more for a higher hospital plan to gain this benefit. This is unacceptable and feel that it is utterly unfair. What does it cost you Discovery? I want this benefit, period and should not be exempt cause Im not on a Classic/Essential/Saver Series Hospital Plan (more expensive plans)
