I have sent the Taj hotel proof some what 4 months ago that my membership and voucher for the taste by Taj was along with my wallet, the guy that dealt with my matter resigned and I get to hear of this 3 months later when I queried my case. However, I then spoke to a lady by the name of Aziza that advised she will take it up with her managerand get back to me. A week later I call again and the same lady says that the manager wont be able to accept liability for this. I find this very perturbing as this voucher was over R1 000 and we havent used any of the valid voucher cards besides lunch. I asked to speak to the manager and he wont be available until mid week, this is supose to be a service industry, but I am sorry to say their service big time. The lady Aziza cannot even give me a reason as to why this matter has been declined.

I want the Taj hotel to compensate my fiance for the price paid on the voucher or re issue another if possible.
I wont be put up with this degraded service provided by them either.
