Misleading clients incorrect info

I made a booking for mmabatho palms after seeing a lot of pics for rooms, n entertainment available for kids. When we get to hotel after a 4hour drive we told sorry that isn't our rooms. I then ask about entertainment as per peermont mmabatho palms website, and we told sorry its not avaiable at mmabatho! So someone mixed up hotel info @ their marketing division, and I'm supposed to bear the cost of their mistakes. I am in Mmabatho with a 3year old, and absolutley nothing available for my child to do.had I known this I could have easily booked into another resort. I cannot drive back home now!
