Painless dentist experience

Last week I had horrible toothache and made an appointment with Dr. Boda at the NHS in Bryanston. We had never met before and I have a deep-seated fear of all dentists and the pain they are capable of doling out. However, Dr. Boda took the time to talk me down until I was completely calm, explained the procedure that was to follow in full detail and answered any questions I had. Long story short - I had a wisdom tooth extracted with only local anaesthesia and with no long mental preparation and I walked out SMILING. (My only tears were of relief.) NO PAIN. Dr. Boda is also the first dentist ever to be considerate enough to pass me my iPod from my bag so that I could listen to music during the procedure (even though it only ended up lasting for half a song) - with the sage advice to not play something soothing, but rather something with lots of drums or bass to disguise the sounds coming from my mouth. Before I left Dr. Boda gave me his personal cell number and a promise that I could call him at any time of the night or day and he would help me. Best of all - it didn't break the bank, and I would have paid twice what I did for such great service. Best dentist EVER!
