Misleading information

In their latest publication of 'Jump' magazine, Momentum profess to cover the costs of a Glaucoma test (and various others) via the Health Platform. A registered Ophthalmologist charges R 538.60, which is the Momentum rate, per consultation, which includes the Glaucoma test. Whilst they profess to cover the costs as per their written undertaking in their magazine, in reality they only cover procedures 3014 or 3002 in amount of R 68.80! I find this misleading and unlawful!
