Bad Service

I recd an email requesting banking statements and ID for a savings refund, i queried the email on the phone and believe it or not i was told there was none, i wrote a letter asking if there was or was not. I received a response there was and i have now sent my bank statements and Id three times and still nothing has been refunded. Fina;l letter asked me again for my id and once again i sent and to date no refund. I dread to see what would happen if you need the medical aid for a major op would they be capable of paying the suppliers.
