We pay a large amount of money to ensure that we have a decent medical aid to cover us. Now every time I call to enquire what is happening with my Savings, as it seems EVERYTHING comes out of there, but it makes no sense, and when I try to contact them, all I get in return is "Oh sorry I am not sure what you mean" and I get major attitude and told to "listen" - EXCUSE ME! I am phoning and speaking to you in a decent manner and trying to explain what my problem is and I get sarcasm and bad attitude. We have lodged numerous enquires and even answered a survey and even "clicked" call me back on your website and NO ONE gets back to us! Now about some of this so call CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am SICK & TIRED of pathetic service!!! You force a person to become nasty and rude and cause unnecessary frustration. I suggest someone get back to me ASAP with some answers.
