Harassing me about an account

My husband passed away on 13 March 2012 from a heart attack. The doctors or someone ordered the people to draw 4 tubes of blood to be tested when my husband passed away, they never consulted me and asked permission to do tests and told me there would be an amount of R1250 charged for it. I do not have a job, at that stage, my baby was only 4 months old and eldest 1 year 5 months. With the death we lost the house and everything. Had to move in with family. Nudebt keep on phoning and smsing me and harassing me about the payment. Ive told them my situation. They told me they need his death certificate, marriage and an affidavid from police stating my situation and they will close the account. Almost every second day they phone, asking me for the money. Its been 10 months already, im sick and tired of even explaining to them my situation. Also told them i never gave permission for the tests to be done. Now they told me they dont care, they will freeze the account and i will have to pay it anyway. I will rather give the money to my babies who need it more. Ive lost everything and they want to slit my thoat so to speak over this account.
