Discrepency on account

Hello,

I am having problems where I am making payments on my account and a Marie Is calling me as well as a debt collector saying I am in arears on my account and my vehicle be repossessed.
I have told them numerous times I made payments, the money has left my bank account.
I also told them According to my bank I need to lodge an enquiry to trace the money but I have been in hospital for the last 2 months, I had gone into preterm labor at 6 months pregnant with twins and lost one of my babies. my other baby is in icu. He has been for surgeries is having another One this morning.
I have not been able to get to a bank to trace this money.

I am dealing with life and death and I am being threatened after making them aware of the situation.
I also told them that my husband was involved in an accident with the vehicle last tuesday, they making it seem as if I am lying. They said I was supposed to call MFC and notify them the vehicle was in an accident. i did not know I had to do that., they wanted the claim details and where the vehicle is parked at. I told them my husband has it and will get it to them. Was I meant to do this, with other banks i did not.
