Demand and handover for non-existing account

I was notified via my son's phone - of owing some company money for over 2 years for orthopaedic equipment supposedly purchased from Weidehoff orthopaedic suppliers. I never purchased anything from these people although I did have a foot operation 2 years back when they did try and sell me some shoe which I refused as I already was in possession of a shoe purchase from them some 4yrs earlier with previous operation. Rightfully, I thus have never received any account from them.
I contacted Creditworx and was informed that I had been blacklisted as a result. I have never heard, received any accounts or anything re this before nor do I owe any company any money. On asking why I was contacted via my son - they informed me that they didn't't have my contact details nor my address - On my query as to being blacklisted without substantiation of facts, the call was disconnected. I tried phoning back without success. I sent Weidehoff supliers a mail re this matter but have not had any feedback. This is ridiculous and illegal to just blacklist a person without validation. Company's should check their records before automatically just instructing debt collectors.
