Refusal to process claim

My daughter requires orthodontic care for a small top jaw which fits into her bottom jaw. The treatment will be for 2 yrs. I was asked to pay the full amount up front to start treatment. I phoned Momentum, obtained assurances from them that if I paid in full, they would re-imburse me from my savings (which has nearly 3 times the required amount in it). I made 2 phone calls to check this. I paid and submitted my claim in June. I heard nothing from Momentum for weeks, so phoned to follow-up. I was told there was an error in one of the codes. So I obtained another statement from the orthodontist and re-submitted it. When I followed that up, I was told a different code was now incorrect, so I had to obtain that and submit it. At that point I was assured all was in order and the claim would be paid that Friday. It wasn't. I phoned. They said I needed to re-submit the original claim because there was no pre-authorization number on it, then they would look at processing my claim. I phone and phone. Today, they say they are reviewing all my phone calls to see what I have been told. I know what promises have been made, including getting back to me, but nothing ever happens!
