RATHER LOSE CUSTOMERS THAN LISTEN

I recently applied for the second time with Discovery Health for medical aid only to have the same issue as last time where i was told when to apply again. Discovery Health would rather ROB or LOSE potential customers than listening to them. On a salary that;s just R15.00 more than the bracket because my attendance bonus was taken into consideration i am required to pay R600 for a premium.
I would suggest that people don't waste their time applying with Discovery Health, many other companies are willing to listen and assist and not Lose potential clients.
RIDICULOUS i must say.
