Handed me over without contacting me

Good Day

I was admitted into hospital on the 22 June 2013, firstly the admission person that admitted me never got Authorisation from my medical aid so this took me almost 3 weeks to resolve it as the person was incompetent in doing the admission properly.
Then I received a call yesterday from the lawyers that I had been handed over for my medical bill that was not paid. I then contacted Tyrone from the hospital directly and he informed me he does not deal with this its his head offices fault not his but would sent the bill to the medical aid but this was forwarded to me, to my understanding the hospital handles this directly. Anyway I then sent the bill through to my medical aid which they have never received in the first place and it is now being processed for payment.

How can this take me 2 hours to resolve but they just hand me over for not even trying.

SHOCKED THAT THEY COULD HAND ME OVER IN 2 MONRTHS WITHOUT CONTACTING ME!!!
