I have had this problem with lancet every single time, i had to deal with them...!!! the last time was the absolute worst!!! I had a complaint with an account from the beginning of the year, i have phoned many times requesting a detailed statement of the short paid account. At first u was told i should not worry about the account as it was sent out in error (as a duplicate) then they started harassing me with phone call after phone call, they promised statements, which i never received. I eventually tried to consult with the doctor, with no avail. I got a letter from ITC threatening me that if i do not pay the will blacklist me!!! I eventually landed up with a so called team leader, promising that they will reverse the hand over, and i requested proof, i was told that she spoke to the collectors and it was not handed over. Yesterday i get a sms from ITC saying i was handed over for the same account i was told was reversed from these debt collectors!!! What is the problem with lancet? Why are their staff so badly trained? And why does the staff say things they do not follow through on. The team leader name: matshepo malema, and the account in question is: v1819116
