Self payment gap payments

Good day,

I have just been informed that on my medical scheme while I am in my self payment gap, should you use certain doctors there will be no charge. I was then informed that if there is pathology and you go and have the test done they will cover it. This is however only if you go through a pharmacy. So in other words you have to go to a doctor, this is time while you sit and wait, then they tell you, you have to go to pathology for test, but you have to go to a dischem or clicks pharmacy first. this is more time wasted standing in the queues, only then do you get to go off and have your tests done. Now with certain viruses you need to be tested there and then when the temperature is peaking such a malaria, which can be fatal and I have to go on the run around. SO because I was never informed of this procedure I now have to pay for the tests and discovery just wipe me off. Also these pharmacies are not 24hrs and a doctor has to give you the test results. Especially if you are in the er or doctors rooms. So now it is better to go a see a nurse as opposed to a doctor. Please explain who the more qualified person is. I will be taking this to all social media platforms and media.
