Wedding Cancelled due Poor Service/Bad Managment

We approached The Blades in September 2012 to have our wedding at their establishment. Since the word go we have been having issues with them to reply to e-mails and to get appointments. When we eventually had our meeting with our Co-Ordinator at the end of 2012 she advised us that she wont be seeing us through to our wedding day that is 22 March 2013.We were told that the new co-ordinator will contact us early in the new year. We had to then eventually contact The Blades as we haven't heard anything from them. On 8 Jan 2013 we decided to cancel our wedding with The Blades due to poor service delivery and requested our deposit of R8, 621.00 back as we feel the service they are offering us are not up to standard and that we are getting 2nd rate service as we are only having 50 guest at our wedding where they normally cater for 100 guest and as Rhona the Corporate Sales Manager said to me during a telephonic conversation when she tried to persuade me not to cancel, "We are Conference Venue and weddings are like an extra we do...". I have since sent numerous e-mails to The Blades management about their staff and managements attitudes towards clients. They still don't want to refund us...
