On the 02/01/2013 i got a prescription from the Doctor and my medical aid declined and i couldnt get my medication. So i bought medication which costs me R249.43. I sent an email to claim my money back it was on the 09/01/2013. Even till now i'm still waiting. What frustrates me is i called my medical aid again on the 25/01/2013 Time 10:05 and a certain call centre agent by the name of Vusi Mushaana or Mufhana hung up on me. He even didnt assist me, as he was impatient and he even told me that he has a lot of calls on waiting. I simply asked him my medical aid always declines when i buy medicine over the counter i needed an answer and he resorted by hanging up on me. The Call ref is 418442. This call centre agent must be sorted. I used my money to call and to hold for about 5min without complaining and he hungs up on me. Please assist me as i want to cancel this medical aid.
