Whatever you do, never use Vintage Rose!!!

My niece held her wedding on 30 March 2013 on my home's roof terrace. Nadia from Vintage Rose was paid to coordinate the wedding. During the greatest part of the preparations, Nadia was absent and when she arrived, she refused to liaise with the chef etc. regarding schedule etc. She was PAID to clear and clean the venue after the wedding and also to ensure that all items are brought indoors and stored safely for collection the next day. She left the function early. I phoned her to clear the venue-she arrogantly refused. She instructed my chef's staff to clear her items from the venue (without negotiating with me), which I had to pay from my pocket! During our telecom, she eventually agreed to reimburse me for this extra expense due to her non-service. The chef's staff assisted until 23:00. A guest and I had to do the rest of HER work until after 02:00. She even had the audacity to phone the groom on his wedding night at the guest house, to complain about my phone call to her! Her unsupervised staff returned the next day, leaving the venue in absolute chaos! Nothing was cleaned per contract. I haven't been paid for the chef' staff's to date! She is very dishonest and unprofessional
