Nightmare to sort out a simple account issue

I bought into Discovery and Vitality from the beginning, worked hard to get to Gold in one year, and have been on gold ever since. (2006)
There was a technical glitch in the discovery system in 2011, and since my vitality status was reset. Which has impacted me with thousands of rands of unpaid cash back rewards.
I have phoned month after month to have it cleared up, and I have received every excuse under the sun all of which are nonsense. Please sort this out.
