Authorising Number Cancel after 8 days when Surge

On 4 April 2013 my daughter went for surgery Discovery gave authorising number - every thing went well for phase 1 - we went home and after a whole 8 days Medic Clinic Bloemfontein let me know that Discovery cancel the number how on earth could that happen and we must pay up because we handed you over - NICE NICE WHO WANT A BLACK LISTED NAME - if i buy a car and the bank give the loan i drive it for a whole week and then the Car Dealer Call me and said bring back the car because the bank cancel it can anybody explain that for me. Discovery and unfair how must i tell my daughter sorry we cant do phase 2 because Discovery said we must pay 26 000-00 for hospital before they could help but then i have a hospital plan saving account pretty pretty expensive but i paid it because we need it for our children but now I think nothing of Discovery they are very poor and mean nothing when you needed medical attention. Our Doctor call them and still - nothing nothing at all. How many information do they need before they understand. Just do me a big favour just pay my money back thank you.
