TWO MONTHS NO DELIVERY

I am so angry, dissapointed frustrated just fuming.

I applied for my medical aid in July and still have not recieved my card. I called in into the centre and they keep telling me about how long it takes for cards to get delivered. There is just no sense of urgency or client satisfaction when I call in, its ridiculous that I have been waiting for two months and nothing is happening.

My details are captured correctly but they just cant give me an answer for why my card has not been delivered, I just want my card I truely believe that I am not asking for much.
