The toilet was dirty with brown faeces on the rim. The sink in the bathroom was dirty with some slimy substance which had turned brownish on the basin.
they claim to have heating facilities in their advertisement but when you get there they have nothing, on enquiring with the owner she simply said theres 2 blankets in the room.
the aircon became faulty at 21:00 and was blowing off freezing cold air and the remote didnt work to switch it off, we called the owner who told us she was sleeping and wouldnt come out to try and see what was wrong with it, ibegged her to atleast come and have a look and maybe switch off the main switch as it had noplug socket or switchand she said she couldnt and she was sleeping and c6ant help us so our romantic getaway which we specifically planned for a cold winter weekend was ruined, we tried using the blankets and they smelt stale we then tried to call her 5 minutes later and her phone was off, we tried calling the landline which she ignored and then it also started going into a voicemessage system, in the morning we didnt get even so much as an apology calling h
